About Me

I grew up in Herefordshire and was a keen rider and active member of the Golden Valley Pony Club. I had always wanted to work with Horses and decided to train as a Veterinary Physiotherapist.

I studied Physiotherapy at Keele University, obtaining a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2003. I was fortunate to get a job at Nevill Hall Hospital in Abergavenny, treating Orthopaedic and Neurological patients and obtaining invaluable experience treating People.

I successfully obtained a place to study Veterinary Physiotherapy at the Royal Veterinary College and graduated with a Masters Degree in 2008. Completing this course allowed me to upgrade to a Category A member of ACPAT.

I now have my own business treating Horses, Riders, Dogs and Cats in Mid Wales and Herefordshire. I am also employed as a Veterinary Physiotherapist at SMART Veterinary Clinic in Cardiff and Swansea, where I have worked for 3 years.

I own three horses and have competed up to Novice level in British Eventing. I am a keen member of Golden Valley Riding Club and have represented the club in Show Jumping, Horse Trials, and Hunter Trials at Championship level. I also own two German Shorthaired Pointers, three cats, and a tankful of fish!
